Pay:
Pay starting at $98,500, plus full benefits The Director of Nursing responsibilities may include but not be limited to:
  • Overall leadership, management, and operation of nursing services within Long Term Care
  • -Provide strategic leadership for nursing staff and works collaboratively with facility leadership to enhance resident outcomes and operational excellence
  • Collaborate with facility leadership to identify needs, address operational challenges, and implement new programs
  • Support resident-centered care through oversight of clinical practices, including wound care, restorative nursing, incontinence management, and restraint reduction initiatives
Requirements:
  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited nursing program
  • MO RN License
  • 3 to 5 years of nursing management experience in a direct patient care environment
