Key responsibilities include:
Assisting with the day-to-day management of nursing services Supporting 24-hour clinical operations and nursing oversight Ensuring compliance with federal, state, and facility regulations Supervising and supporting nursing staff performance and development Participating in resident assessments, care planning, and admissions Monitoring quality of care and resident outcomes Helping maintain survey readiness and clinical compliance standards Collaborating with physicians, families, therapists, and interdisciplinary teams Assisting with staffing coordination and nursing department support Promoting a positive culture focused on compassionate, resident-centered care Assuming clinical leadership responsibilities in the absence of the Director of Nursing Qualifications Current Missouri RN or LPN license required (RN preferred) Associate or Bachelor's degree from an accredited nursing program Minimum of 2 years of nursing supervisory experience Long-term care, skilled nursing, or memory care experience preferred Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills Knowledge of state and federal long-term care regulations Ability to lead teams in a fast-paced clinical environment
