Copper Rock Healthcare's ADON position may be perfect for you. We are looking for an energetic, motivated and highly dedicated RN for this position. Duties include
  • Oversee nursing operations within the facility with the Director of Nursing
  • Ensure compliance with policies and procedures to ensure high-quality resident care
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to create/follow individualized care plans for residents
  • Provide leadership and guidance to nursing staff, including training and development
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, including HIPAA and resident rights
  • Coordinate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care Experience
  • In-depth knowledge of nursing principles, practices, and procedures
  • Familiarity with long term care
