Flexible working hours Casual work attire Relaxed atmosphere On-the-job training Meal discounts This is a full-time position. Hours are Monday through Thursday 10 AM to 5:30 PM and then rotating Saturday evenings. Additional shifts may be available if coverage is needed.. ```Duties```

• responsible for opening the restaurant, making sure everything is ready for the day.
• Take customer orders and provide recommendations on drink selection
• Maintain a clean and organized bar area
• Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations
• Check identification of customers to verify age requirements for purchase of alcohol
• Collect payment from customers and process transactions accurately
• Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Restock bar supplies and inventory as needed ```Skills```
• Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and calculating drink prices
• Knowledge of food handling safety procedures
• Experience in bartending, including knowledge of different types of drinks and mixing techniques
• Strong sales skills to upsell and promote specials or new menu items
• Excellent time management skills to handle multiple orders simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively
• Familiarity with the food industry, including knowledge of menu items
• Experience using POS systems
• Must be very trustworthy and reliable.

Will be expected to learn opening and closing procedures. Please note that this job description is not exhaustive and additional duties may be assigned as needed.
