Manage the departmental budget, monitor expenses, and identify opportunities for cost-effective resource allocation. Lead educational initiatives and training programs to promote continuous professional development among nursing staff. Support academic leadership efforts by fostering a culture of learning, research, and evidence-based practice within the organization. Collaborate with management to implement policies that enhance patient safety, quality care delivery, and organizational goals. Provide mentorship and guidance to nursing staff and new hires to cultivate a motivated, competent team dedicated to excellence in healthcare delivery. Skills Strong strategic planning abilities combined with expertise in organizational budget management. Proven management experience within healthcare settings, particularly in nursing leadership roles.
