This leadership role is responsible for overseeing resident care, ensuring regulatory compliance, managing staffing and scheduling, supporting recruitment, and promoting exceptional, person-centered care. Candidates must be a current RN or LPN licensed in Mississippi with at least two years of experience in long-term care, senior living, or a healthcare setting. Previous leadership experience is preferred. This is a full-time leadership position that requires flexibility, including working after hours, weekends, and serving on-call as needed to support residents, staff, and community operations.
