Job Summary :
Maintains 24 hour accountability for departments/programs. Provides leadership and strategic direction consistent with the Corporate and Department/Program Mission,Vision and Values.
Qualifications :
Bachelor of Science in Nursing required. Current RN license to practice in North Carolina (NC licensure or multi-state (compact) license). Master's degree in appropriate healthcare field from an accredited college or university required. Professional nursing certification strongly preferred. At least three years of progressive leadership responsibility in healthcare. Thorough knowledge of leadership/management theories and applications. Positive and effective interpersonal skills.
