What You'll Do:

Direct and supervise skilled nursing clinical teams Ensure delivery of high-quality, resident-centered care Oversee staffing, scheduling, and regulatory compliance Maintain strong communication with physicians, families, and providers Lead Quality Assurance and Quality Improvement initiatives Oversee MDS/RAI, Care Plans, Medicare compliance, and documentation accuracy

What We're Looking For:

Graduate of accredited nursing program Active RN license (or ability to obtain in VA) 2+ years nurse management experience in skilled nursing Strong knowledge of long-term care regulations and Medicare/MDS processes Proven leadership and team development experience Strong organizational, communication, and decision-making skills Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed Ready to make your mark and lead meaningful change?
