You will:

Lead, mentor, and develop the nursing team to achieve the highest standards of care Oversee daily operations of the Nursing Services Department Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations Partner closely with the Administrator and Medical Director to drive quality outcomes Maintain and enforce infection control, safety, and clinical best practices Foster a culture of accountability, compassion, and continuous improvement What We're Looking For Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience (LTC/SNF strongly preferred) Active, unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license Current CPR or BLS certification Proven leadership skills with a passion for patient-centered care Ready to Take the Next Step?
