Overview Join our dynamic healthcare team as an Assistant Director of Nursing, a pivotal leadership role dedicated to elevating patient care, fostering staff development, and ensuring operational excellence. Duties Assist the Director of Nursing in developing and executing strategic planning initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and operational efficiency Oversee daily nursing operations, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and organizational policies Lead and manage nursing staff through effective management practices, including performance evaluations, mentorship, and professional development Coordinate budgeting processes for nursing departments, optimizing resource allocation and cost management Support education administration by organizing training programs, continuing education opportunities, and onboarding for new staff members Foster a positive work environment that promotes leadership development, teamwork, and high morale among nursing personnel Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to implement best practices in patient care and safety protocols Qualifications Proven management experience within a healthcare setting, ideally with a background in education administration or university experience related to nursing or healthcare management Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and drive organizational success Expertise in strategic planning and budgeting within complex healthcare environments Demonstrated knowledge of nursing practices, regulations, and quality assurance standards Experience in teaching or training roles that support staff development and continuous learning Licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in good standing is required Join us to lead with purpose!
