Relocation assistance available for the right candidate. You'll lead the nursing department: staffing, clinical quality, and survey readiness. Hands-on role with a team that counts on you. What you'll do: Hire, schedule, coach, and retain nursing staff Own clinical quality, QAPI, and infection control Keep nursing survey-ready under CMS and ND regulations Partner with the Administrator and interdisciplinary team on resident care Manage nursing budget, supplies, and agency usage What we're looking for: Active RN license in North Dakota or compact eligible Prior DON or ADON experience in skilled nursing or long term care Working knowledge of MDS, QAPI, and the survey process Steady under pressure and good with people Minot offers a lower cost of living than Fargo and a stable, long-term seat.
