Job Description
The Director of Nursing sets the clinical standard for every resident in the building. We're looking for someone ready to own that. Northern Lights Rehab and Long Term Care is seeking an experienced Director of Nursing for our Minot facility. You'll have full authority over your department and the support of an experienced corporate team. What you'll own: Nursing operations across all shifts, including staffing, assignments, and coverage Recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing competency for the nursing team Survey readiness and regulatory compliance Care plans and resident assessments, coordinating with physicians, families, and therapy Infection prevention, quality assurance, and QAPI Nursing budget, supply management, and labor cost control Development and supervision of the ADON, unit managers, charge nurses, and CNAs What we're looking for: Active RN license in North Dakota, or license eligible Leadership experience in skilled nursing or long term care Working knowledge of federal and state long term care regulations A visible leader who is present on the floor and known to residents and staff What we offer: Health, dental, and vision insurance Paid vacation and holidays Apply today.
