Job Summary:

Chimney Rock Villa is seeking a dedicated and experienced Director of Nursing to oversee our nursing department. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare, exceptional leadership skills, and a passion for providing high-quality patient care.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement nursing policies and procedures
• Oversee the recruitment, training, and supervision of nursing staff
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and standards
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient care
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of nursing staff
• Manage budgets and resources effectively

Qualifications:

• Valid RN license in the State of Nebraska
• Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role preferred
• Experience in home health, acute care, hospice care, or nursing home settings preferred
• Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and resident rights
