Position Overview
The People Development Coordinator (Human Resource Coordinator) serves as a key member of the leadership team and is responsible for supporting recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, benefits administration, and team member development.
This role combines strategic human resources responsibilities with relationship-focused leadership, helping ensure that team members have the tools, resources, and support they need to succeed.

What You'll Do
As the People Development Coordinator, you will: Recruit and attract qualified candidates through sourcing, interviewing, and selection activities
Coordinate onboarding and orientation programs for newly hired team members
Assist employees with benefits questions and enrollment processes
Promote engagement initiatives that strengthen workplace satisfaction and team morale
Support educational programs, training opportunities, and professional development efforts
Partner with department leaders to address staffing needs and workforce planning initiatives
Maintain personnel records and HR documentation in accordance with company policies and regulatory requirements
Respond to employee questions and help foster positive employee relations
Assist with retention strategies designed to support long-term team member success
Serve as an ambassador for Brookestone View's mission, values, and culture Qualifications
Successful candidates will possess: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field preferred
Two or more years of Human Resources, recruitment, employee relations, or related experience preferred
Strong organizational and administrative skills
Ability to communicate effectively with individuals at all levels of the organization
High degree of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality
Exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building abilities
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
