In this role, you'll partner with the Director of Nursing to help lead our skilled nursing team while serving as the clinical champion for our wound care program. What You'll Do As Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) Assist in overseeing daily clinical operations of our skilled nursing unit. Lead and coordinate our comprehensive wound care program. What We're Looking For in Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) Current RN license. Previous leadership experience in long-term care or skilled nursing.
