Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) — RiverMead Great nurses remember who mentored them. At RiverMead, that's our Assistant Director of Nursing. We're seeking a compassionate, collaborative nurse leader to join our Nursing Leadership Team. Working alongside our Director of Nursing, you'll provide day-to-day clinical leadership across Assisted Living and Memory Care, mentor and develop our LNAs, MNAs, and nursing staff, and help ensure residents continue to receive the quality of care our community is known for. What You'll Do Provide clinical leadership and serve as the Director of Nursing's designee in their absence Supervise, coach, and mentor nursing and clinical team members Oversee LNA/MNA training and CPR programs per New Hampshire requirements Support recruitment, hiring, scheduling, and the nursing leadership on-call rotation Help maintain regulatory compliance, survey readiness, and QAPI initiatives Oversee medication administration, infection control, and clinical documentation

What You'll Bring Required:

Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing; current, unencumbered NH RN license; 3-5 years of nursing experience in Assisted Living or Memory Care; strong clinical, communication, and leadership skills; knowledge of long-term care regulations.

Preferred:
