Director of Nursing Cherry Hill Township, New Jersey As a valued member of the Silver Healthcare team, we are seeking an experienced and compassionate Director of Nursing to lead our nursing team at our state-of-the-art facility in Cherry Hill, New Jersey. As a comprehensive care provider, we offer a range of specialized services, including Ventilator Care, Dementia care with behavioral disturbances, Long-Term Care Dementia programming, and short-term skilled rehabilitation and long-term skilled nursing care. Our Director of Nursing will play a critical role in ensuring the highest level of patient care and satisfaction, while fostering a positive and supportive work environment.

Responsibilities:

Director of Nursing :

Oversee and manage all nursing operations, ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines and company policies Lead and develop a team of nurses and support staff to deliver exceptional patient care and services Collaborate with medical directors, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans Monitor and improve quality patient outcomes, satisfaction, and safety Develop and manage budgets, staffing plans, and performance metrics Ensure effective communication and coordination with patients, families, and healthcare providers

Requirements:

Director of Nursing :
