Director of Nursing (DON) We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Director of Nursing (DON) to lead clinical operations in our skilled nursing facility. The DON is responsible for overseeing nursing staff, ensuring quality resident care, maintaining regulatory compliance, and supporting a positive team environment.

Responsibilities:

Oversee all nursing operations and clinical services Ensure compliance with state, federal, and CMS regulations Manage staffing, scheduling, recruitment, and staff development Support survey readiness and quality improvement initiatives Monitor clinical outcomes, infection control, and resident safety Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure excellent resident care Manage nursing budgets and operational efficiency

Qualifications:

Current RN license Previous Director of Nursing or nursing leadership experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting Strong knowledge of CMS regulations, survey process, and clinical operations Excellent leadership, communication, and team-building skills Join our team and make a meaningful impact by leading quality care for our residents.
