Carnegie Post Acute Skilled Nursing at Princeton seeks an RN Assistant Director of Nursing to help lead clinical operations in our skilled nursing and post acute care facility. In this onsite leadership role, you'll support the Director of Nursing with staff supervision, care planning, and quality initiatives to ensure resident centered, compassionate care. Responsibilities include overseeing clinical workflows, coaching nursing staff, coordinating interdisciplinary care, monitoring regulatory compliance, and supporting admissions and discharges.
