$125,000 - $140,000 annually Step Into a Leadership Role That Makes a Difference Acclaim Rehab and Nursing Center is seeking a passionate and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our leadership team as an Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) . This is a key clinical leadership role focused on fostering a culture of quality, safety, and collaboration in our skilled nursing facility. Key Responsibilities Foster a safe, respectful, and high-quality care environment Provide leadership and mentorship to nursing staff Oversee day-to-day clinical operations and ensure compliance with care standards Serve as a liaison between nursing staff, residents, families, and facility leadership Proactively resolve clinical concerns and support care plan development Participate in wound care rounds and promote infection control practices Assist with state surveys, audits, and regulatory compliance initiatives Promote open communication and a team-oriented work culture Qualifications Active New Jersey RN license in good standing Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing Minimum 3 years of long-term care experience required Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, resident-centered environment
