A warm, beautifully maintained skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility is seeking an experienced Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to join its clinical leadership team. Known for compassionate, resident-centered care and a close-knit team where staff and residents know each other by name, our facility offers the Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) a true leadership home. Prior nursing home experience is required for this position. The Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) works alongside the Director of Nursing (DON) to lead daily clinical operations and support a dedicated nursing team.
