Key Responsibilities:
Lead and coordinate clinical staff and operations in a low-acuity, non-Medicare facility serving long-term residents. Ensure seamless daily functioning, including medication administration, documentation, and resident care routines that honor religious practices. Collaborate with external vendors, pharmacy, and therapy providers to coordinate services efficiently. Manage staffing, scheduling, and HR processes, including interviewing and hiring nursing and caregiving team members. Uphold quality assurance practices through daily oversight and continuous improvement efforts. Support a warm, home environment that prioritizes resident privacy, dignity, and religious customs. Required Skills:
Active RN license (required) 2+ years of nursing leadership experience (supervisory/manager/ADON/DON) Long-term care leadership experience strongly preferred. A leadership style that is flexible, patient, and steady - someone who builds trust and improves systems without abrupt changes. Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills. Ability to manage operations effectively in a small, private setting. Familiarity with electronic medical records systems (preferably ECP).
