We are seeking a compassionate and dynamic Resident Care Director (Director of Nursing) RN to lead clinical operations within a premier senior living community in Union County, NJ. Assisted Living What You'll Do:
Lead and manage all clinical, nursing, and resident wellness programs Oversee resident assessments, care planning, and Individualized Service Plans (ISPs) Coordinate care with physicians, pharmacists, and interdisciplinary teams Direct medication management and infection prevention programs Drive Quality Assurance and Performance Improvement (QAPI) initiatives Ensure compliance with all regulatory and clinical standards Recruit, coach, develop, and lead high-performing clinical teams Manage staffing, scheduling, and departmental budgets Partner with executive leadership and admissions teams to ensure exceptional resident care Resident Care Director (RN)•
Assisted Living Qualifications:
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license Minimum 2 years of RN experience Minimum 1 year of nursing leadership/management experience Strong understanding of Assisted Living regulations and resident care compliance . Experience in Senior Living, Assisted Living, long-term care, memory care, or home health preferred Strong leadership, clinical assessment, regulatory, and team development skills. Why Join?
