Assistant Director of Nursing (Registered Nurse) Salary range starts at $95,000 Chelsea Senior Living in Sparta, New Jersey, a dynamic assisted living community (nominated at workplace of the year in 2024 and 2025) is seeking an Assistant Director of Nursing to assist the Director of Nursing to organize and oversee all nursing operations of the community. You will create a collaborative and efficient workplace with attention to quality standards and policies. The goal is to foster an excellent, resident-centered environment that supports the needs of the residents and their families. The Assistant Director of Nursing is a key driver of community culture and a motivational leader for the front line staff. The ideal candidate has a history as a hard-working and compassionate Registered Nurse who steadily developed his/her managerial and administrative skills. Being efficient, dedicated, a good listener, a problem solver and team player is what will open our door for you. Experience working in settings such Assisted Living or Nursing Home are considered a plus. Salary range starts at $95,000, and is negotiable depending on experience. Flexibility in scheduling is available to support a healthy work/life balance; however, every other weekend duty is required as well as alternating on-call weeks with the Director of Nursing.
