Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON)Join Our Leadership Team and Make a Difference Every Day! Are you an experienced nursing leader looking to take the next step in your career? Our growing Skilled Nursing Facility is seeking a compassionate, motivated, and results-driven Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to help lead our exceptional clinical team. As the ADON, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest quality of resident care while supporting nursing staff, driving clinical excellence, and maintaining regulatory compliance. What You'll Do:
Assist in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Nursing Department. Support the Director of Nursing in maintaining compliance with federal, state, and local regulations. Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to nursing staff. Monitor quality assurance programs and implement performance improvement initiatives. Participate in staff development, education, and competency programs. Ensure excellent resident care outcomes through effective clinical oversight. Assist with staffing coordination, scheduling, and resource management. Investigate incidents, address resident concerns, and promote a culture of safety and accountability. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance resident care and satisfaction. Serve as a clinical resource for nurses, CNAs, residents, and families.
Qualifications:
Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing. Minimum of 2 years of nursing management experience required , preferably in a Skilled Nursing Facility, Long-Term Care, or Rehabilitation setting. Strong knowledge of state and federal nursing home regulations. Proven leadership, organizational, and team-building skills. Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities. BSN preferred, but not required. Experience with quality measures, surveys, and performance improvement initiatives strongly preferred. Why Join Us? Competitive salary and benefits package. Pay:
$60,055.41 - $110,000.00 per year
