Duties Prepare and assemble meals with precision, ensuring adherence to menu specifications and dietary guidelines Assist in menu planning and ingredient selection to support diverse dietary needs and preferences Handle food with care, following strict food safety and sanitation standards at all times Cook a variety of dishes, utilizing knife skills and culinary techniques to achieve optimal presentation and flavor Support catering events by preparing large quantities of food while maintaining quality standards Serve meals efficiently and courteously, ensuring a positive experience for guests or residents Maintain cleanliness of kitchen areas, equipment, and utensils to uphold hygiene standards Skills Proven experience in dietary departments or as a dietary aide within healthcare or hospitality settings Strong background in food preparation, cooking, and food handling across restaurant or food industry environments Knowledge of menu planning and meal assembly tailored to specific dietary requirements Experience with fine dining service or catering operations is highly desirable Excellent knife skills combined with proficiency in meal preparation techniques Deep understanding of food safety protocols and sanitation practices Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment while maintaining attention to detail Strong communication skills for effective teamwork and customer service excellence Join our team as a where your culinary talents will shine!
