Chief Nursing Officer Opportunity:

Full-time, direct hire position

Schedule:

M-F with occasional call 8 to 9 direct reports Great leadership and administration team with great full-time benefits Chief Nursing Officer sets clinical standards, design systems to improve patient care, and collaborate with other executives on long-term goals Manages financial operating budgets, balance department spending, and monitor nurse-to-patient staffing ratios Ensures the facility meets state and federal healthcare laws, maintains proper accreditation, and follows strict safety protocols Oversees the recruitment, training, retention, and performance evaluation of nursing personnel

Chief Nursing Officer Qualifications:

Registered Nurse License in New Mexico or compact state BSN or higher Previous Chief Nursing Officer experience highly preferred but not required
