Chief Nursing Officer Opportunity:

Full-time, direct hire position

Schedule:

Monday-Friday Great leadership and administration team with great full-time benefits The Chief Nursing Officer is accountable for nursing practice, patient care quality, patient safety, workforce effectiveness, regulatory compliance, and the ongoing development of a high-performing nursing organization Works collaboratively with the CEO, executive leadership team, medical staff, nursing leaders, and other clinical and administrative departments to ensure the delivery of safe, high-quality, patient-centered care Establishes nursing standards and expectations, promotes evidence-based practice, develops nursing leadership capabilities, and ensures appropriate staffing and resource utilization all while promoting a culture of collaboration and excellence

Chief Nursing Officer Qualifications:

Registered Nurse License in New Mexico or compact state BSN required, MSN strongly preferred Minimum of 7 years of progressive nursing leadership experience required Hospital leadership required 3 to 5 years of senior nursing leadership experience at the Director, Vice President, CNO, or comparable level strongly preferred Nurse Executive certification, such as NEA-BC or CENP, preferred
