$130,000 annual salary

Clinical bonus opportunity (up to approximately $12,000 annually)

$2,500 relocation assistance

What You'll Do As our Director of Nursing, you will: Lead and inspire the nursing team through servant leadership.

Ensure exceptional quality of care and regulatory compliance.

Mentor, develop, and support nursing staff.

Foster a positive, collaborative workplace culture.

Partner closely with the Administrator and interdisciplinary leadership team.

Champion resident-centered care while maintaining high clinical standards.

Qualifications

Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of New Mexico (or ability to obtain licensure prior to employment).

Associate or Bachelor's Degree from an accredited school of nursing.

Minimum of 2 years of nursing supervisory experience.

Five years of long-term care or acute care experience preferred.

Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Passion for building teams and delivering exceptional resident care.
