Role:

As Director of Nursing (DON) , you will be responsible for: Overseeing the daily operations of our Nursing department, including staffing, scheduling, and workflow management Developing and implementing policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain high-quality patient care Leading and managing a team of nursing professionals, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to achieve personal and team goals Collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination of patient care Identifying and addressing areas for improvement, implementing changes to optimize patient outcomes and satisfaction Coordinating with hospital and health care facilities to ensure seamless transitions for patients
