Job Description

To support the Chief Nursing Officer in overseeing the nursing staff and ensuring that the highest standards of patient care and best practices are provided, implemented and maintained. Providing administrative leadership and direct care oversight, assuring that nursing operations align with hospital policies and comply with the hospitals regulatory agencies. Foster an environment of continuous improvement, professional development and shared governance. Collaborating and contributing to enhance the patient experience and overall performance of patient care delivery. Qualifications Master's degree in Nursing required. Current, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in New York State. Minimum of five (5) years of nursing leadership experience, including managing leaders or department directors. National certification in Quality preferred. Demonstrated experience with strategic planning, quality improvement, regulatory compliance, patient safety, budgeting, and operational leadership. Strong communication, collaboration, and change management skills.
Salary:
$140,000-$150,000
