Compensation:

A long-term care organization is expanding its leadership team and looking for an experienced DON to oversee nursing operations, develop staff, and maintain strong clinical standards. The person in this role will: Manage the nursing department and daily clinical operations Lead and develop nursing leadership and frontline staff Track quality outcomes and implement improvement initiatives Ensure compliance with New York State regulations and survey standards Collaborate with facility leadership on staffing, quality, and operational priorities We're looking for an RN with: Active, unrestricted NY RN license Leadership experience in skilled nursing or long-term care Knowledge of regulatory compliance and survey processes Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
