Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Assistant Director of Nursing to join our healthcare leadership team. In this pivotal role, you will oversee clinical operations, ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, and foster a culture of excellence in patient care. Your leadership will drive quality improvement initiatives, manage multidisciplinary teams, and support organizational growth. This role offers an exciting opportunity to influence healthcare delivery and elevate standards of nursing practice within a vibrant, patient-centered environment. Duties Lead and coordinate nursing staff to deliver exceptional patient care while maintaining compliance with all state-specific education laws and healthcare regulations Develop and implement strategic planning initiatives to enhance clinical services, operational efficiency, and patient outcomes Manage departmental budgets, ensuring optimal allocation of resources and adherence to organizational financial goals Supervise staff recruitment, training, performance evaluations, and personnel management in accordance with best practices in education administration and management Collaborate with executive leadership to establish policies that promote high-quality care and staff development Oversee quality assurance programs, accreditation processes, and continuous improvement efforts within the nursing department Provide instructional leadership in education by mentoring nursing staff, fostering professional growth, and supporting ongoing learning initiatives Experience Proven management experience in a healthcare setting, ideally with roles involving school or educational health programs or university health services Demonstrated expertise in strategic planning, organizational budget management, and personnel management in education or healthcare environments Strong background in leadership roles such as school administrative director experience or academic leadership positions within health sciences or educational institutions Extensive experience supervising multidisciplinary teams, managing complex projects, and leading organizational change efforts Knowledge of state-specific education laws related to healthcare training or nursing education is highly desirable Prior experience in teaching or instructional leadership within a healthcare or academic setting is preferred A background that includes school experience or university experience will be considered an asset for understanding diverse educational environments Join us to make a meaningful impact on healthcare delivery through innovative leadership and compassionate patient care. Pay:
$85,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
