Nurse Supervisor / Director of Nursing Purchase, NY (Westchester County) Looking for a leadership opportunity with an outstanding schedule and excellent work-life balance? A brand new Assisted Living & Memory Care community in Purchase, NY is seeking an experienced RN Nurse Supervisor to join its leadership team.

Position Highlights:

Brand new, beautiful community Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM Community managed by Life Care Services No weekend calls Full-time salaried position Annual salary approximately $122,000 (about $59/hour )

Primary Responsibilities:

Supervise and support the nursing and Home Health Aide (HHA) staff Ensure physician orders are implemented accurately and timely Participate in resident assessments and admissions Round with physicians and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team Help maintain exceptional clinical care and regulatory compliance Serve as a clinical leader and resource for the nursing team

Qualifications:
