Education/Experience Minimum Required:

Bachelor of Science in Nursing Degree Eight (8) years of progressively responsible relevant clinical experience or MBA/MSN with 23 years of progressively responsible relevant clinical experience. Previous management experience Quality management and performance improvement experience

Preferred:

MBA or Masters Degree in a related field

License/Certification Minimum Required:

Current New York State Registered Nurse License Preferred:

Professional certification in a related nursing specialty or other related field; required within 2 years of accepting position. Relevant skills certification (i.e., CPR, ACLS, PALS, TNCC, Fetal Monitoring, Chemotherapy) Work Environment Work is performed in an office environment and patient care areas, which requires working in proximity to other employees and patients. Rooms are air conditioned and heated. Frequent walking, standing, bending, and lifting. Fast paced environment with frequent interruptions. PPE (Eyewear, Masks, Face shields, Shoe covers, and Gloves) as required by UHS Hospitals Infection Control policies.
