As an RN ADON Assistant Director of Nursing, you will play a vital role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our skilled nursing facility.

RN ADON Assistant Director of Nursing Responsibilities:

Collaborate with the Director of Nursing to develop and implement effective nursing policies and procedures Provide guidance and support to nursing staff, ensuring high-quality patient care and excellent customer service Participate in Performance Improvement activities to identify and implement opportunities for improvement Develop and maintain positive relationships with patients, families, and healthcare teams Coordinate and manage the daily operations of the nursing unit, including staffing, scheduling, and budgeting Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including HIPAA and state licensure standards

RN ADON Assistant Director of Nursing Requirements:

Current RN license in the state of New York Prior experience in a long-term care or rehabilitation setting in a leadership role Strong leadership and communication skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks Strong clinical skills and knowledge of nursing practices and procedures
