What You'll Do Lead the daily clinical operations of a 50-bed Skilled Nursing unit Mentor, coach, and develop nursing staff Ensure exceptional resident care and regulatory compliance Partner with the interdisciplinary team to achieve outstanding clinical outcomes Foster a positive, team-first culture built on accountability and compassion Qualifications Active RN license 2+ years of nursing leadership experience in Skilled Nursing or Long-Term Care Strong knowledge of LTC regulations and survey readiness Passion for developing staff and delivering exceptional resident care If you're a hands-on RN leader who values teamwork, quality care, and wants to work in one of the most beautiful senior living campuses in the region, we'd love to speak with you.
