Director of Nursing Full Time / Salary 1st Shift, Occasional evening and weekends, On Call We are seeking a compassionate, experienced, and visionary Director to lead our nursing team in delivering exceptional, resident-centered care. The Director of Nursing provides strategic and operational leadership for all nursing services, ensuring the highest standards of clinical excellence, regulatory compliance, quality outcomes, and team engagement. The role is ideal for a collaborative leader who is passionate about developing others, fostering a positive workplace culture, and creating an environment where residents and team members thrive. Active and unencumbered RN license in the State of Ohio; Minimum 1-3 years of supervisory experience as a Director of Nursing, ADON, Unit Manager, or similar (5 years preferred); High emotional intelligence with the ability to manage in crisis situation, and navigate difficult conversations with diplomacy and empathy; Long Term Care Experience strongly preferred; In-depth knowledge of MDS and Medical charting capability preferred; Proven knowledge of government/DOH requirements for Survey compliance; Proficient computer skills: PCC, Word, Excel, Outlook, Internet, Government agencies, as well as system/use specific programs;
