Assistant Director of Nursing Duties and Responsibilities :
Recent experience as an ADON in an assisted living community preferred Will assist the Wellness Director with all the scheduling needs and work directly with them Must be able to do schedules for all areas of the nursing department Should be able to work in collaboration with the entire nursing team Must be able to fill open positions on the schedule with current staff through creative methods Must be detail oriented, computer literate and have excellent communication skills Should have great 'people skills' Should be able to be okay to be 'on-call'
