What You'll Do:
Support the Director of Nursing in managing daily clinical operations Supervise nursing staff and provide clinical guidance and mentorship Assist with staff scheduling, education, and performance evaluations Ensure compliance with state, federal, and facility policies Participate in care planning and drive quality improvement initiatives
What We're Looking For:
Active RN license (required); leadership experience in long-term care preferred Excellent clinical judgment and communication skills Proactive, organized, and team-focused Passionate about elevating care standards and building a supportive culture
