Full Job Description Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Assistant Director of Nursing to oversee our nursing department. The ideal candidate will lead our nursing team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality care to our residents.
Responsibilities:
  • Provide leadership and direction to the nursing staff
  • Develop and implement care plans in accordance with HIPAA regulations
  • Utilize physiology knowledge to enhance patient care
  • Manage systems related to Ohio State compliance
  • Supervise nurse management and ensure adherence to best practices
  • Coordinate hospice care services with physicians
Qualifications:
  • Active RN license
  • Proven experience in a Nurse Management role
  • In-depth knowledge of HIPAA regulations standards
