Full Job Description Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Assistant Director of Nursing to oversee our nursing department. The ideal candidate will lead our nursing team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality care to our residents.Responsibilities:
- Provide leadership and direction to the nursing staff
- Develop and implement care plans in accordance with HIPAA regulations
- Utilize physiology knowledge to enhance patient care
- Manage systems related to Ohio State compliance
- Supervise nurse management and ensure adherence to best practices
- Coordinate hospice care services with physicians
Qualifications:
- Active RN license
- Proven experience in a Nurse Management role
- In-depth knowledge of HIPAA regulations standards
