Skilled Nursing Facility | Dover, OH Tobin & Associates is seeking an experienced Interim Director of Nursing (DON) to support a skilled nursing facility in Dover, Ohio. This is a temporary leadership assignment with one of our client facilities, ideal for a confident clinical leader who can step in, assess needs quickly, support the nursing team, and maintain quality resident care. Compensation & Travel $55-$60 per hour, paid weekly Travel package available for qualified candidates residing 60+ miles from the facility Full-time interim assignment Responsibilities Lead daily nursing operations and support a positive, accountable clinical team Ensure high-quality resident care, accurate documentation, and regulatory compliance Partner with facility leadership, physicians, and the interdisciplinary team Assist with staffing, scheduling, clinical oversight, and performance coaching Support survey readiness, quality improvement, and plans of correction as needed Identify clinical concerns and implement effective solutions in a timely manner Qualifications Current, unincumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license Prior Director of Nursing, Assistant Director of Nursing, or senior nursing leadership experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting Strong knowledge of state and federal long-term care regulations Proven ability to lead teams, prioritize effectively, and adapt in an interim environment Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills Apply Today If you are an experienced nursing leader interested in a rewarding interim opportunity, we would love to speak with you.
