Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) -
Covington Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation Job Summary:
We are seeking an exceptional Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to join our team at Covington Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation. As a highly respected nursing leader, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the highest quality of care for our residents. Responsibilities:
Provide administrative assistance to the Director of Nursing and other members of the nursing team Assist in the development and implementation of nursing policies and procedures Participate in quality improvement initiatives and monitor clinical outcomes Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement resident care plans Supervise and mentor nursing staff, including RNs, LPNs, and CNAs Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations, as well as corporate policies and procedures Foster a positive and supportive work environment that promotes teamwork and excellence in patient care
Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a nursing leadership role Current RN licensure in the state of Ohio Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks Commitment to delivering exceptional patient care and promoting a culture of excellence
