Director of Nursing DON

Englewood Health and Rehab, a proud member of The Pavilion, is seeking a skilled and compassionate Director of Nursing to lead our nursing team. This facility is committed to quality care and creating a supportive, welcoming environment for both residents and staff.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage all clinical operations and nursing services Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations Provide leadership, training, and support to nursing staff Drive quality improvement initiatives and promote resident-centered care Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team and facility leadership

Qualifications:

Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Ohio Prior experience as a DON or ADON in a skilled nursing facility required Strong clinical, organizational, and leadership skills Knowledge of long-term care regulations and standards A hands-on leader who values team collaboration and resident outcomes
