LeaderStat is seeking a Director of Nursing (DON) for a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) provider in the Findlay, OH area. In this role, you'll help residents reach their highest practical well-being, collaborating across departments on care and compliance.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Lead staff meetings on resident status, staffing, and concerns; oversee recruitment, training, and performance evaluations. Track quality indicators, care plans, and staff credentials; review shift reports and respond to incidents. Coordinate with physicians and outside agencies; monitor OSHA/HIPAA/infection control compliance and lead QAPI reporting. Support survey readiness and correction of citations; communicate with residents, families, and staff. Manages 2-4 supervisors overseeing ~130-150 nursing staff, plus 1-3 direct reports, including hiring, training, and performance management.

Education & Experience:
