The Avenue of Lyndhurst is seeking a dedicated Assistant Director of Nursing to help lead our nursing team and ensure exceptional resident care. If you're a licensed RN with leadership experience and a passion for quality, we'd love to hear from you!
Job Duties:
Supervise nursing staff and support the Director of Nursing Assess resident care needs and oversee care programs Ensure compliance with nursing policies and regulations Conduct rounds, address concerns, and lead quality assurance efforts Manage staffing, training, and performance evaluations Participate in budgeting and resource planning Represent the nursing department in the DON's absence
Qualifications:
Graduate of an accredited nursing program Current RN license Management experience in a nursing home preferred Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Knowledge of nursing regulations and best practices Ability to handle emergencies and sensitive situations professionally The Avenue at Lyndhurst is a post-hospital rehabilitation and skilled nursing care facility offering a distinctive experience not commonly found in traditional care settings.
