Must be able to travel within our facilities in Ohio, be willing to hang your license in any of our facilities and be able to take call for the facility you are covering. Why Join Our Team? Job Duties:
Supervise and manage all aspects of the nursing department Develop and implement nursing policies, procedures, and care standards Assess resident needs and oversee individualized care plans Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations Conduct rounds, evaluate care, and initiate corrective actions Manage staffing, scheduling, hiring, and performance evaluations Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and administration Oversee budget planning and resource allocation Lead educational programs and staff development initiatives
Qualifications:
