Provide strategic leadership and direction to the nursing department, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies Develop and implement effective care plans, in collaboration with interdisciplinary teams, to meet the unique needs of each patient Foster open and transparent communication with staff, patients, and families, ensuring a culture of respect, empathy, and trust Monitor and analyze quality metrics, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing initiatives to enhance patient outcomes Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless transitions and effective care coordination Develop and manage budgets, allocating resources to optimize patient care and staff development Participate in local and national nursing organizations to stay current with best practices and innovations in the field About the
