Support the Director of Nursing with clinical operations, staffing coordination, and leadership coverage Provide on-the-floor coaching, mentoring, and guidance to nurses and STNAs Ensure care delivery aligns with facility policies, state/federal regulations, and best practices Assist with audits, chart reviews, documentation standards, and quality monitoring Participate in care conferences, QAPI initiatives, and incident review/follow-up Support survey readiness, plan of correction implementation, and ongoing compliance efforts Promote strong communication, teamwork, and professional accountability across departments Help ensure proper completion of assessments, orders, treatment documentation, and care plans

Skills and Qualifications:

Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Ohio (in good standing); BSN preferred Strong background in nursing administration with prior experience in nursing homes as an Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) .
