Company Overview Luther Home of Mercy is a dedicated nonprofit organization with a rich history spanning over 95 years, committed to supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Our comprehensive services include residential care, recreational activities, clinical support, and vocational programs across our campus and community-based homes in northwest Ohio. This role is responsible for overall supervision, leadership, and operational support of the Supported Living Department, ensuring high-quality care, compliance, and staff development.
Responsibilities:
Lead and supervise the Supported Living Department and staff. Oversee client services, admissions, documentation, training, and daily operations. Ensure services meet company policies, client needs, and state/federal regulations. Manage incidents, investigations, compliance, and corrective action plans. Work with HR on hiring, employee performance, and staffing needs. Monitor department budgets and financial responsibilities. Maintain professional relationships with families, providers, regulatory agencies, and community partners. Promote Luther Home of Mercy's mission, values, and commitment to client rights and confidentiality. Oversee Unusual and Major Unusual Incident protocols, follow-up, UI log analysis, and annual MUI summaries. Ensures follow-through and cooperation with all investigations. Performs all job duties in adherence to state and federal laws and Supported Living policies concerning individuals' rights to privacy, confidentiality of information, and HIPAA Privacy Laws. Performs other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum of five-years of experience in the management, care, supervision, or training for individuals with developmental disabilities is required, with management experience in community-based waiver settings preferred Bachelor's degree from an accredited college in a related field Working knowledge of State and Federal regulatory requirements preferred Willingness to work with flexibility of hours and on-call assignments consistent with Department needs Must be capable of resolving disputes, providing leadership in planning, oversight and follow-up Must obtain a valid driver's license and carry current automobile and collision insurance CPR & Med Admin.

$70,720.00 per year
